Occupancy Checks

Our company conducts thorough occupancy checks by attending the property in person for a visual inspection. During each visit, our team determines whether the property is currently occupied and, whenever possible, confirms the identity of those residing at the location. We provide a detailed written report of our findings, accompanied by up to three digital photographs documenting the inspection.

Asset Confirmation

For asset confirmation, our specialists visit the property to visually verify the presence and condition of specified assets. The inspection results are compiled into a comprehensive written report, supported by up to three digital photographs for visual evidence.

Fees for Occupancy Checks and/or Asset Confirmation include:

  • Per Attendance - $80

  • Service of Non-Filed Notice (posted to door if no answer) - $90

  • Waiting Time per Hour - $90

  • Affidavits in Support (if required) - $45

Rush Surcharges:

  • $50 (Same day request) Over and above regular fee

  • $35 (Within 48 Hours) Over and above regular fees

Disbursements, Mileage & Extra Charges*

  • Printing documents with regular text - $0.35 per page

  • Printing documents with bold text, photos, graphics, and/or screenshots - $0.75 per page

  • Photocopies $0.50 per page

  • Mailing Fee $5.00 minimum - cost of mailing Secondary Mail Service or AOS. Includes cost of stamp, envelope, printing and paper

  • Courier $10.00 plus cost of disbursement

  • Mileage $0.95 per kilometer. Calculated from the Brockville Courthouse, 41 Court House Square, Brockville, ON, K6V 7N3
