Virtual Signing and Witnessing

Our remote signing and witnessing service allows documents to be signed and witnessed through a secure online meeting platform, such as Zoom. During the appointment, we verify photo identification, oversee the signing process, and, when required, provide sworn affidavits or commissioner for oaths services, all without the need for in-person contact. If the signing party is unavailable or unwilling to sign, our virtual agent will wait up to 15 minutes before ending the meeting, and all applicable fees still apply.

Mobile or In-Person Signing and Witnessing

With mobile signing and witnessing, our agent attends your chosen address at a prearranged time to facilitate document signing. We confirm identification, witness signatures, and can provide affidavits or commissioner for oaths services on-site. If the signing party is unavailable or unwilling to sign, our agent will wait up to 15 minutes before departing, and all applicable fees still apply.

Virtual Signing and Witnessing fees:

• Obtain copies of and cross reference photo identification – $70

• Obtain signature(s) only or obtain and witness signature(s) – $70

• Obtain witness signature(s) and provide sworn affidavit of execution – $80

• Obtain signature(s), under oath, before a commissioner for oaths – $90

Mobile (In-Person) Signing and Witnessing Fees

• Obtain copies of and cross reference photo identification – $80 + KMS*

• Obtain signature(s) only or obtain and witness signature(s) – $90 + KMS*

• Obtain witness signature(s) and provide sworn affidavit of execution – $100 + KMS*

• Obtain signature(s), under oath, before a commissioner for oaths – $110 + KMS*

Additional Fees (Applicable to Both Services)
• Rush surcharge (same day request) – $50 (over and above regular fee)
• Extra waiting time, up to 15 minutes – $30**

**These fees apply whether the service is provided remotely or in person, and the agent will wait up to 15 minutes before leaving if the signing party is unavailable.
