We deliver reliable process service with a unique flat rate fee, ensuring our clients receive reliable service at a reasonable price.

Flat-Rate Fee includes:

• up to 3 attempts

• ‘Personal Service Only’ files

• Affidavit of Successful Service or Affidavit of Attempt of Service if completed/required within 3 attempts

Standard Service (Within 7 days) $70

Priority Service (Within 48 Hours) $95

Rush Service (Within 24 Hours) $115

Same Day Service (File & Instructions must be received prior to 11:00 am) $135

Not Included in Flat-Rate Fee:

• Correction Facility Attendance- minimum $60 per attendance

• Secondary Mail Service - $25 mailed second copy same day or next day

• Additional Defendant at same time and address - $40 per Defendant

Attempt of Service - $25 per Attempt

Affidavit of Attempt of Service - $35

Successful Service (Affidavit of Service included) - $55

Disbursements, Mileage & Extra Charges

• Printing documents with regular text - $0.35 per page

• Printing documents with bold text, photos, graphics, and/or screenshots - $0.75 per page

• Photocopies $0.50 per page

• Mailing Fee $5.00 minimum - cost of mailing Secondary Mail Service or AOS. Includes cost of stamp, envelope, printing and paper

• Courier $10.00 plus cost of disbursement

• Mileage $0.95 per kilometer. Calculated from the Brockville Courthouse, 41 Court House Square, Brockville, ON, K6V 7N3
